Tasting notes: A fresh wine from Agiorgitiko, Roditis and Moschofilero with a name inspired by the winding uphill path that leads to the Upper town of the castle of Monemvasia, Voltes. Prefermentation extraction for a few hours at low temperature separately for the two varieties and co-vinification of all three then by fermentation at temperatures up to 18°C and short maturation on the fine lees. Light pomegranate color, aromas of red fruits, notes of flowers, round mouth with pleasant acidity and aftertaste. Pairs well with pasta dishes with red sauces, pizza.
