Tasting notes: A fresh-tank wine from Roditis and Moschofilero with a name inspired by the winding uphill path that leads to the Upper town of the castle of Monemvasia, Voltes. White vinification in a stainless steel tank, with fermentation at controlled temperature up to 16-18°C and short maturation on the fine lees. Light yellow color, aromas of fresh white flowers, green apple, stone fruits, round mouth, pleasant acidity and aftertaste. Enjoy with green salads, yellow cheeses, pasta dishes with white sauces.
