Grape varieties: Assyrtiko (85%), Roditis (10%) & White Moschato (5%)

Vineyards: From Grillos and Skillountia Olympias,Municipality of Andritsena-Krestenon in Ilia. The selection of the grapes is made under the criteria of: position, orientation climatic conditions and soil texture.

Vinification: Pre-fermentation extraction for 4 h and mild pressure of the grapes in a pneumatic press. Controlled alcoholic fermentation follows in a stainless tank, with selected yeasts at 16-17°C temperatures. The new wine remains on its thin lees for several days.
